Loved Amber's story, great start to a new Terran Times Series Terran Rest is part of the Terran Times series, multi verse, reads fine as a stand alone. Amber is about to start a new adventure that will take the rest of her life.

This short story started really well, but some reason the author gave up halfway through and put the main character in a coma for over a year. In the end it just became a fairly ordinary romance. When I finished I couldn't help thinking what a waste of a good idea and a brilliant heroine. I was planning to not go too hard on this book but then I saw it had plenty of positive reviews and this piece of garbage cost over $5 . Great premise. Amber has wasted her life in a miserable job and gets a second chance. Sticks it to the man before she leaves. For a job on another planet no less! Maybe a new take on the old governess finds a new family / love story hmmm? Superhuman strength smarts and telepathy. Freaking gorgeous now. Marries hot rich dude. Gets a dress covered in gold and jewels and a couple of palaces. Fucks him at the family dinner table for some reason. People are happy about this. She’s so hot he feels her up constantly. I hate this writer so much. There was no conflict. There was no real story. I feel bad about myself because I waste my time reading instead of all the other, more useful things I could do. Then I read this.

I love the Terran Times series, so excited was an understatement. But when you pay $4.99 for 88 pages, you get to be picky. So, Ima be picky. Began well but then the time jumps and the cartoonish "badassary" started. Kinda, I'm stronger, meaner and well.....hella stronger than you. And the psychic sex didn't help. I'm still going to buy the next bc sometimes with this author that happens, but if that one sucks my inner badass self is gonna rear it's real strong.....arm? head? and put her credit I love the Terran Times series, so excited was an understatement. It was okay. I rated this book as a two star because it was just okay. Some of the dialog was well done and the story was not bad at all. But there were inconsistencies in the storyline. Not only that, but it was a bit pricey for what was for me a two hour read. Also. There were HUGE plots of time that the author just breezed through, basically said 'character is in a coma here and that was that. There could have been several intersections of smaller stories but that was not the authors choice. Ov It was okay. I rated this book as a two star because it was just okay. Loving the Return of Terrans to Space My absolute favorite series was the Terrans in space. First the 2000, then the second wave. Now we have the resets. I love the cover. So many authors don't give it enough consideration. The cover artwork got my attention first, then bam, I seen the subject. It felt great reading the story with familiar "friends." Lazy Ok, I trusted the other good reviews, when will I learn? Viola Grace can write but apparently she only wanted to set up the story and then give them some sex scenes with a happy ending. There was no middle, character goes into coma, wakes up year + later and oh, here's the guy who's been waiting for you. There were other ways to do something like that, short stories, flashbacks, I don't know...but this way was seriously ridiculous. Lazy Ok, I trusted the other good reviews, when will I learn? It ain't over till its over! Amber just retired at 55 years old. She goes for reset and finds her life is just began. She signed up for the volunteers but changed her mind after finding a job. The avatar Minerva gives her a chance to reset and live her life fully. Instead of just getting by. Amber is a kick butt . Smart, sassy, and wonderful Governess. An enjoyable short sci-fi romance. I was so excited to see this author return to the Terran Volunteers with an exciting, unusual twist. This romance was a complete, satisfying story in a small package. There were some funny parts, danger filled parts, and sizzling parts. The world building was very vibrant and interesting, and I cannot wait the read the other stories in this series when they release. Reading this was an enjoyable little treat on a busy day.

New month, new series! 😂 I was a little wary of the "older characters in new bodies" idea, but I'll read anything Viola writes. Turns out it was really good. I am not at all surprised. Looking forward to what's next. There was mention of another book's MC and I'm very curious to see how her story turns out. I don't know how Ms. Grace does it. I have over 200 books by her and sadly have read less that half. She keeps it original, with only enough words to paint a picture without excess. She is truly a marvel, although the sheer size of her series intimidates me. A great beginning and concept for the Terran Reset series. I don't know how Ms. Grace does it. Honestly... This book went way too fast. It was pretty good but the pacing was just like wham-bam thank you, ma'am, it could have been extended quite a bit. I mean what the heck was with the time skips... Honestly, it was like the parts included were the cliff notes version. Still a decent story just too damn fast pacing-wise.. Honestly... Strong At Her Side I love the idea of having the older Terran females adjusted for life on different planets. Since we are so adaptable, I would love to see more books like this one.

Something old something new Finally the over 30’s get their turn. One of the most enjoyed reading in a while. I liked Terran Times but really enjoyed the senior edition. Can’t wait for more.

Loved the new series I always love her books and since she writes such different series I can always find something to read from what she wrote no matter what kind of mood I am in. This was a cute and funny beginning to a series I know I am going to love.

Fun start to a new series Story of an older unappreciated woman who gets a body reset and a new life in the stars. Parts are funny and heroine takes charge of her new life. Good beginning for this new series I liked the references to characters from prior books. Though short, the HEA ending was not as abrupt as in many of her other stories. Looking forward to the next book in the series coming out.
