Loved it! This is Death's book, and it didn't disappoint. There's a lot of adventure, suspense, and even a small romance. Lots of twists as well. We discover that Die Hard is actually a Shakespeare's play, probably the sequel of Macbeth :) Highly recommend it. Loved it! This is Death's book, and it didn't disappoint. As usual always a quick read I've now read the whole series so far and always a nice quick read following Dave and Death and all pop culture references now I have an urge to visit baker street and not for Sherlock 😁 As usual always a quick read I've now read the whole series so far and always a nice quick read following Dave and Death and all pop culture references now I have an urge to visit baker street and not for Sherlock 😁

How to be dead #6 I volunteered for an ARC of the series in exchange for an honest review. Death liked the English. He enjoyed the real ale , biscuits and cricket. Any nation that could invent a game that went on for five days and invariably ended in a draw truly grasped the futility of existence. They might be an angry useless feckless sickles baffling species but they're my Angry useless feckless fickle baffling species (The most perfect bookends quotes freon 1 &6) Book 6 was every bit as wonderful How to be dead #6 I volunteered for an ARC of the series in exchange for an honest review. This was another one of those series I stumbled onto from an unlikely place and fell in love, and im so glad I did! Highly recommend all his works

Incredible, again. Another fantastic book from Dave. A real page turner as always, wicked sense of humor keeps you grinning all the way through too. Lots of twists and turns and excitement making it an impossible book to put down. Very funny. If you like the fantasy comedy of Adam's and Pratchett then you'll LOVE these. All six book are an absolute joy to read. Great fun and so engaging, Dave's books can really suck you in to another World.......literally if you're not careful. If Death is on the Incredible, again. Another winner Discovered Dave Turner about a month ago with the How to be Dead books.......can't let him go now, great humour and perfect for these strange times. Do yourself a favour, read just one of the How to be Dead books and transport yourself into the world of Meat Puppetry. This is the sixth of a series called ‘How to be dead’ and IMO they just keep getting better. The books are incredibly funny, with excellent dialogue and good characterisation. This particular book finds Death accidentally made mortal and it’s brilliant. Don’t jump straight in with this one though, these books need to be read in order! Perfect pick me up for these bizarre times! Solid five stars.

Fast paced, funny and smart Mr. Turner, thank you again for an exceptionally enjoyable book. I love the pace and humor. I have read every book and have found each one of them just as enjoyable. For first time readers, if you love Terry Pratchett you're gonna find Mr. Turners books cut from the same vein. Smart only like true British humor can be smart. Fantastic! As always, an excellent read. Hope there will be many more to come! Well thought out story line that keeps the book (and the others) solidly in the "page turner" category. Fantastic! Further adventures of Death and Dave I love this series! This book is packed with action as Death decides to try living for a change, and the world gets a new, and much less amenable replacement. With the help of some great new characters, Dave has a few wormholes to sort out.....

Another brilliant book in the How To Be Dead series. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down. Death is having a crisis, Dave is having a nightmare of a time and together with some friends, they need to save the world from oblivion. Another brilliant book in the How To Be Dead series. Loved it Some genuinely funny, laugh-out-loud moments along with a cracking storyline. I've followed the series since the first book, and look forward to another! Again Mr Turner has not disappointed. Brilliant again! If you have not already read some of Dave's stuff and used to like the likes of Terry Pratchett you are in for a real treat. The latest book in the How To Be Dead series continues with Dave Turner's great blend of humour, supernatural and Britishness. Long may the tales of Death, Dave, Anne and their friends continue. Great ending to the series! If you’ve read and enjoyed the other HTBD books, you’ll love this one too. Funny, smart, snarky, and warm. Thoroughly enjoyed just as I did the rest of the series.
