I don't have much to say about this one other than that this was a short 'n' steamy prequel novella that definitely has me interested in continuing on with the series. Romance is a genre that I just don't read enough of, but this was a fun intro to two of the series' characters who initially met as teenagers. Being that this prequel focuses primarily on their time as teens, there's A LOT of angst and A LOT of hormones flying around, but there's also innocence and a feel of nostalgia, as well. Plus, this gives you a little added background to their characters as adults. I really liked this one, and I'm planning on continuing the series. I'd recommend this if you're looking for something fun to shake up your reading a little bit!

This is the story of how Skylar Rosewood and Colton Wild originally met so many years before, each running away from tragedy, some of it frightening and some of it heartbreaking. They get on each other's nerves from the first moment they meet, but the attraction is off the charts. Circumstances, as they are, will intervene but we are left with the hope that it's not the end for them. I love all of these stories about the Wild men, and this one was just the icing on the prequel cake. I love how close-knit these boys are and how they have each other's backs. They're all due an epic love story, and this author has a way of giving us just that.

Skylar Rosewood and Colton Wild were meant to be but she broke both her heart and Colt's heart due to circumstances that were out of her control. Wild Man is a fun, sweet, and emotional story that's a must read for fans of the Wild Men series. Teenage love That uninhibited teenage love is unexplainable. That ability to act on pure connection is what Sky and Colton experienced. They were in 2 different stages in life, but the brief moments they shared allowed them to escape rough times. What they shared would never be forgotten. It was a good introductory book, but I wish they would have told more of Sky's story. Teenage love That uninhibited teenage love is unexplainable. This is the prequel to Colton, who we actually read first. This the angsty but sweet how Skylar met the football player Colton when they were teenagers. I adored both Skylar and Colton and do recommend reading this book first then Colton. No spoilers. Just highly recommend both books.

Wild Man, Wild Men book one by Melissa Belle. I loved reading the prequel to Colton. It’s a sad wonderful story. Now I feel like I’m going to have to read Colton again. Then I’m sure I’ll want to read the rest of the series all over again too. It’s a fantastic series!

An emotional, heart wrenching prequel to Colton. Hearts aches galore for both and the connection they make compounds when Sky had to leave...what a fantastic way to lead into Coltons book. Loved it💞💞
