    Very well done. Let me start by saying this book is very well put together and written in a way that even new comers to the kitchen can understand without any issues and I think that is extremely important when writing a cookbook. Everything from the measurements to all the terminology included really makes it so you don't have to stray away from the book to Google something and I love that. It also includes pretty much any "staple" item I can think of and its especially handy because alot of the Very well done. Let me start by saying this book is very well put together and written in a way that even new comers to the kitchen can understand without any issues and I think that is extremely important when writing a cookbook. Everything from the measurements to all the terminology included really makes it so you don't have to stray away from the book to Google something and I love that. It also includes pretty much any "staple" item I can think of and its especially handy because alot of these items are pretty hard to find in stores so its incredibly convenient to have them all laid out in this book. Really looking forward to trying the tempeh bacon!

    Many kitchen staple recipes! The author had me at hummus! But yes I was interested in the other recipes also. Finding healthier recipes that don't have much (if any) as far as extra added sugars and salt has been a challenge. Well not anymore! The beginning basics chapters are very welcome! The pictures are well laid out. And REAL! The way these recipes are broken down with the optional and/or substitute ingredients is key for anyone with special dietary needs. Many kitchen staple recipes! The author had me at hummus! But yes I was interested in the other recipes also.
