What an incredible story the Apaches have in general and Geronimo in particular. The stuggle of these people to protect their land and freedom from encroachment by technically advanced and hughly outnumbering people is an example of what we dream the "American Spirit" is. And this from a people who were not accepted as Americans. Hats off to these defenders of homeland and freedom. What an incredible story the Apaches have in general and Geronimo in particular.
