What an extremely peculiar book! In a word, this book is bonkers. It throws around completely vague quantities of macros after each recipe... like '6 carbs'! What does that even mean? 6 WHAT carbs? 12 WHAT proteins? Shovels full? Metric tonnes of...? Such assertions need quantifying in terms of standard measurement or ratio, I.e. grams! Percent! And who on green Earth makes an almost 3 year long daily meal plan! Trust me; this book is mad as a box of frogs. The recipes are largely yuck, and nothi What an extremely peculiar book! Not accurate to Weight Watchers points system. Recipe #3 is "Chicken Omelet". Says 1 serving at 3 Smart points. Second ingredient is 2 eggs which are 4 points by themselves. It has some good recipes, but I have to recalculate the ingredients to get accurate readings. I bought this book thinking it would make it easier on me to have all the work done for me. It is very disappointing to see the numbers so far off. If someone followed this book without checking it they would ruin the progress they a Not accurate to Weight Watchers points system.
