    Diet for everyone! Wonderfully explained what a keto diet is. Because we should eat during the diet, and what we are not allowed. Breakfast recipes are easy and very filling. They contain many ingredients that I love. Lunches are delicious, even my daughter is delighted with them. We like variety in the kitchen. You don't want to eat after dinner. I really liked the 30-Day Keto Challenge, it made it easier for me to shape my diet. I would highly recommend!

    Somewhat good information, executed poorly I would have like more information , possibly linked with references to research. Instead it read like a pseudo science blog at times. Also the amount of spelling and grammar errors were laughable. Gets a star for the being on Amazon Prime Reading, so I didn't waste money buying it.

    No copy editor? I loved the content, namely the recipes, but my enjoyment was marred by the abysmal copy editing, frustrating typos and spelling mistakes on nearly every page. What a shame!
