I own a lot of cookbooks and this one is definitely one of my favorites. One of my favorite parts about it is how every recipe is set up to make two servings which is perfect whether you just live with one other person or alone cause you don’t feel like you’re wasting food by making so much. You can tell through every recipe and description that Liz is very passionate about health and food which also comes across through the ingredients and taste of all the recipes. Some of favorites are the chicken pot pie, the meatballs with mashed parsnip, zucchini noodle pad see ew, falafel flatbread, actually delicious green detox soup and so many more. I am a huge fan of Liz Moody! Liz’s approach to eating healthy is not what you may think. It’s not about calories it’s about getting as much nutrition and veggies as possible to make you feel your best. The recipes in this book are delicious and easy to make. Directions are clear and after making a few of the recipes I feel more confident being about to remake them with modifications with stuff I already have in the fridge. Since the New Year we have completely transformed our eating (& drinking) habits, and this cookbook was a huge help in the process. We have made multiple recipes, and a few of our faves are: Way More Veggies Bolegnese, Go-To Chilaquiles, Crispy Roasted BBQ-Chip Chickpeas, General Tso's Cauliflower & the Harissa Chicken. Super tasty guide to eating better in order to feel better! We made only minor adjustments with seasonings, but the recipes are flexible in that way. She offers a refreshing & less restrictive take on living a healthier lifestyle. THANK YOU! With love, Makenna Samano

I originally found Liz on Instagram and fell in love with her authenticity and vulnerability, which then led me to buy her cookbook, Healthier Together. I love Liz’s approach to food. She makes healthy food taste delicious and I appreciate that she does not restrict foods and instead incorporates tons of veggies and healthier alternatives. All of the recipes that I’ve tried so far are easy to follow along and so delicious. Highly recommend if you want some new and creative recipe ideas!

These recipes are DELICIOUS. I love the layout of the book too, instead of specific meals (appetizers, main, etc.) it’s broken into quick & cheap, adventurous, comfort foods, etc so you can pick a recipe based on the time and ingredients you have, and what sounds good to you in the moment. I also love that no matter which recipe you choose, it will fuel your body. Can’t recommend it enough!

So glad I stumbled upon Liz and decided to immediately grab this cookbook! It’s honestly way more than recipes. It gave me so many ideas to grow healthier and happier in my relationships! Especially with my husband. We love cooking through her recipes! Her popcorn recipes are some of our favorites and the Best Ever Healthy Cookies are on repeat in our house!

I made the "Way More Veggies Bolognese." The recipe was simple and SO delicious. Chopping the veggies was the most difficult part -- my knife skills are awful. I also made "The Best Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie" and I still can't believe they're gluten free. They taste amazing! I'm going to slowly make my way through this cook book. It's definitely my go-to right now. I made the "Way More Veggies Bolognese." The recipe was simple and SO delicious. Chopping the veggies was the most difficult part -- my knife skills are awful. I really enjoy her philosophy and focus on quality of ingredients and their benefits for overall health. I also enjoy following her on social media, she has a very positive and forward thinking approach to healthier eating without sacrifice.

I’ve gone through no small number of cookbooks recently and this one used up all the bookmarks I had. Some of her combinations I had never encountered before and was excited to add to my collection: Parsnip Steaks, Falafel Flatbread, a vegetarian English Skillet Bake!

I adore Liz Moody (her Healthier Together Podcast is a must) and this book does not disappoint! Liz focuses on flavor and function (as in does an ingredient help your body function). I’ve tried several recipes all great (I especially recommend the cheddar chive biscuits) and I’m eager to try more.

Love Liz & this cookbook. I've probably made 50% of the recipes in here, which is a record for me and a cookbook! I modify them a lot because I don't care about being grain or dairy free, and I don't have access to a wide variety of flour options, but they taste great regardless. Love Liz & this cookbook. I love this book whether I’m cooking with my partner or on my own! It’s beautiful to look at and I’ve had success with the recipes. Favorites include: broccoli rice tabbouleh, the Mexican enchilada bake, healthyish orange chicken, and the chicken tikka masala. Yum yum!

Liz’s writing is so lovely (yes, I know that she is/was a food writer). The recipes are really approachable and not too challenging! I love how the book is organized (like better than take out ) and that it’s servings for 2! The cast iron pizza has my heart soaring for more!
