Directions are given for the mini pot-3 quart size so there's no reason you can't use this with your bigger pot as well. Nutritional info includes calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, fiber and protein. Recipes do NOT start at the top of a page. Some recipes have ingredient list spaced out more than others-not sure why the different format. Some recipes-from another source? also include sodium in the nutritional information. Measurements are not consistent: sometimes oz. sometimes ounce.
