    Misnamed These recipies look great and I intend to try some this week but very few of them have only 5 ingredients. Also, please take note that it's just ignorant to say 'buy chemical free' products as every one of your ingredients can be expressed in chemical terms. This type of thoughtlessness makes it hard for me to take this author seriously.

    The 5-Ingredient Paleo Cookbook was an enjoyable cookbook. I liked the introduction and the personal touch the author provided about her story. The recipes are quick and easy to follow. My only suggestion would be more pictures of the recipes, but I always like to see ahead of time what the end result will look like.

I am not sure about the science behind the Paleo diet but the recipes are yummy, easy to make and healthy...I do miss my pulses though: I am a lentil lover! If you want to get into Paleo, this is an easy way as you cannot beat recipes that do not have 50 ingredients and ten hours of instructions. This book, while probably not the best Paleo cookbook available, is a good starting place for beginners.     This book caught my eye with the 5-ingredient title because I don’t have time to prepare recipes I find on Pinterest. I’m currently starting the Pegan diet, so wanted some simple cooking ideas. I think the recipes look simple enough and there were quite a few I’m excited to try. I enjoyed the author’s entries before each recipe. Giving up bread is going to be a big challenge, but I’m hoping these will help me forget I ever loved bread. The 5-Ingredient Paleo Cookbook is a fast and easy collection of simple recipes that follow the traditional paleo diet guidelines. These healthy meal options have limited ingredients and are quick assemble and cook. There are detailed instructions and each recipe includes a variation or tip for customizing them. I did try a taco-stuffed sweet potato which had a great flavor, but cooking time seemed off a little. I liked that I received a free copy from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.     I am currently on a specific diet, and will use a paleo diet for maintainance when I reach my weight goal.....How excited was I, when I recieved a review copy of this book from the publisher, that it not only contained excellent information and simple recipes for a paleo diet....it also has many recipes I can use now! You can never have enough ideas to making your diet more interesting, and keeping it healthy, as well!

    Paleo is a little tough for me to do (willpower!), so I was glad to try out some "non-scary" recipes with (about) 5 ingredients or so. The first chapter also did a decent intro about what Paleo is and how it has helped the author. So far, I have really liked the Tropical Delight Smoothie, the Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, the mini pepperoni pizza bites, and the chicken-veggie shish kabobs. I have a lot of other recipes bookmarked to try next, like the apple pie bakes apples.

    This was a pretty good book on paleo cooking. I like that there are just a short list of ingredients. Paleo can tend to have a long ingredient lists. There are a lot of recipes that I’m excited to try. I just wish there were more pictures! Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy of this book, which I voluntarily chose to review.

    Great explanation on what Paleo eating is. Lots of recipes using 5 easily found ingredients. Many of the recipes also have nut-free and vegan adaptations. Wish there were more photos. Found a couple of recipes that I can't wait to try.

    Want to eat Paleo but the recipes seem to difficult? This collection of recipes each contain only five ingredients. The book makes Paleo cooking simple. The only thing I dislike is the lack of pictures of the completed food.

    for someone on the Paleo diet this book is perfect. For someone with not a lot of time on their hands this cookbook is full of good, healthy, and yummy recipes. Only 5 Ingredients is the best way to keep up with the special diet. Very easy to navigate the book

    I really enjoyed the introduction of the basics of paleo eating. I was glad to see there is a list of good and bad foods while also giving helpful advice to preparing meals in advanced if you are a person who is very busy during the week and can set a time aside in your day off to prepare meals for the entire week. I enjoyed the recipes, even though I'm not completely adept at cooking, there was still some things I could make without burning down my house. The cauliflower tortillas will take som I really enjoyed the introduction of the basics of paleo eating. I was glad to see there is a list of good and bad foods while also giving helpful advice to preparing meals in advanced if you are a person who is very busy during the week and can set a time aside in your day off to prepare meals for the entire week. I enjoyed the recipes, even though I'm not completely adept at cooking, there was still some things I could make without burning down my house. The cauliflower tortillas will take some more time to make successfully (laughing) but I think I will manage after a few trys. I also loved the added information at the end about EWG and then watching for pesticides in certain foods that is helpful in knowing what to buy and watch out for each season. I do wish that there was some pictures of the dishes beyond the ones marking each chapter of the cookbook. I think this is a perfect book to start on paleo eating and useful information.

    This cookbook should be a staple for anyone following a paleo diet or anyone interested in eating healthier. There is a wide variety of recipes included to please any palate. All of the recipes are fast, easy, and include easy-to-find and relatively inexpensive ingredients. This is a great resource to anyone looking for inspiration for meal prep.
