Like always, Leanne has written an AMAZING keto book. This book is more recipes and less info than her first paperback, The Keto Diet, but it is still jam packed with keto resources. She uses regular ingredients to make all her recipes, and she has them organized by an ingredient list (if you need to use something up in your fridge), and by hunger level. If you are a keto newbie, I suggest you get her first paperback, but if you are like me and just love keto recipes, then this is the book for y Like always, Leanne has written an AMAZING keto book. All the recipes have been absolutely delicious so far!

Overall a good resource, but as soon as I added sweeteners to my keto path ran into issues. I stopped losing weight, my stomach was very unhappy, the foods that I had come to appreciate their subtle sweetness and depth of flavors like 95% dark chocolate moved closer to their previous challenging flavor. After adding sweetener, I actually felt hungrier through out the day, making fasting and portions harder. Now I am hoping for a keto diet book that avoids any sweets.

This book is just ok...I have read book on the subject...found this a bit to technical and lead me to lose interest. I did enjoy a few of the recipes so I gave this book 3 out of 5 stars!
