Nutritional information includes calories, fat NOT broken up into good or bad, fiber, carbs and protein. NO sodium is mentioned. There are NO pictures. I would use fresh ingredients vs canned tomatoes. Same with kidney beans, soak them overnight vs ones in the can. One recipe has over 15 ingredients and a lot of the items have to e diced or cubed. IT's going to take more than 10 minutes, just don't think time is right in some of the recipes. If I want a breakfast dish ready for 6am I'd have to get up at 3am to cook it in the slow cooker. Doesn't make sense to me to let it cook for so long.
