Easy Crock pot recipes Great easy read with "real" recipes that working people would do. No protein powders or the other funky items many other Keto recipe books have. The only thing is I had to look up some of the words she used as the lingo is different between out two countries....I.e.: capsicums are bell peppers here in the states. An educating experience tho. I chose this book because I like using my crock pot & need to cook something else that makes us feel like we cannot eat what we like I am anxious to try a lot of these recipes. I love sweets & I find it very hard to have to give up all of them.

I did not care for this cookbook at all! Some of the recipes were really silly and could be made in a few minutes using the cooktop instead of 3 hours in the crockpot. Much of the food were not things we would eat.

Keto made quick and easy What is not to like about making your diet quick and easy to fix? The recipes are easy to follow and prepare. Then just put in crockpot and they are ready when you get home from work.

No photos, no inspiration Meat recipes consisted of a lot of ingredient lists that looked like the start of another recipe, but then it ends. Beef, onion, garlic, stock, mixed herbs. Not which herbs. You pick. It is also unforgivable to include no photos in a cookbook.

Nice Keto Book I like the recipes in here. It doesn’t give nutritional info but being diabetic since I was a child it’s not hard for me to figure those out on my own. The Mussels and Prawns recipe are my favorite.
