(More pictures atparkablogs.com) This book has plenty to like even for someone who has never read the original Star Wars comics from Dark Horse Comics. The glorious covers are printed on thick white low gloss paper. It's strange that there isn't a hardcover version of the book. While some comic panels are included, the bulk of the book are on cover art, glorious cover art. Every piece is reproduced brilliantly. Lots of artists have contributed to make for a wonderful variety of artistic style. The illustrations are categorised as follow: Heroes and Allies, Villians and Rogues, The Jedi, Spaceships, The Worlds of Star Wars. At the back is the list of artists involved. This is a visually tasty art book. This review was first published on parkablogs.com. There are more pictures and videos on my blog.
