Great if you can access all the ingredients Some of the recipes call for ingredients I easily could pick up at Asian grocery stores in Southern California. But now I live in Kentucky and there are no Asian stores. But altogether there are recipes here that use ingredients accessible to most people

Copycat Cookbook These recipes are well written and easy to follow with the exception of the Chocolate Dome recipe. That recipe seems to be incomplete as to how to assemble the dish for service. Otherwise, this is a great set of recipes.
