    I love how KU has so many glorious cookbooks!!! This one has so many yummy recipes give this book a try if you have a pressure cooker and want to eat more plant based foods

    A well thought out cookbook This is a proper book in the sea of poorly knocked together and edited pdfs! Very readable with great recipes and helpful tips I can use, even has a US coversion table for measures. A real bargain and recommend. I'd also like to address a previous comment re a shop sauce and healthy, where does anywhere the cover or description say healthy....I think the recipes are very healthy from a donut eating overweight vegetarian that I am!
