This book contains two novellas, one by Matt Shaw and one by Duncan Ralston. HOLE - Matt Shaw. This was a little different, more toward bizarro. I figured out the twist when she was in the tunnel, close to the end, and I was impressed with this story. PRICK - Duncan Ralston. There is a word in Afrikaans - 'Sies' - which doesn't really have a direct translation into English. What it means is a combination of gross, disgusting and "you should be ashamed of yourself!" With that in mind: Sies, Duncan Rals This book contains two novellas, one by Matt Shaw and one by Duncan Ralston. HOLE - Matt Shaw. This was a little different, more toward bizarro. It was almost like reading an 80's slasher (definitely the same humor), if you replaced the Prick with a spider/rat/insect/politician... Okay, so the politician might be a bit of a synonym... This was fun bizarro.

This is what's known as Double Prizes. Take a handful, of bizarre, insane, total fruitloop horror, and multiply that by two. It's one of the books, you finish, and wonder what the hell just happened. Superb tales by two of the finest horror writers about. Clearly they've both been institutionalized now, but not before unleashing two quality stories. Great stuff. Well. There’s this, then. Definitely one of a kind. I’m glad I read it. Two incredibly fresh stories from two unique authors.
