Gotta love a cookbook that 1) is based on shopping at Trader Joe's; and 2) each recipe has only 5 ingredients. I actually have several of the ingredients in my cupboards so it has been great fun reading these recipes and deciding what to try first. I received this book from a Goodreads giveaway. Thank you. Gave this cookbook to my mom to try -- she's always saying she 'just doesn't cook' -- and she's already made three dishes, all of which were delicious. The five-ingredient limit and fact that all the ingredients can all be purchased with one stop at TJ's makes this a great cookbook for busy folks who don't have the time or inclination to drive around town picking up specialty ingredients at multiple stores. The use of pre-prepped foods makes assembling the recipes quick and simple. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat better and is time-crunched or intimidated by more complicated, from-scratch recipes.

Perhaps what impressed me the most is the simplicity of the recipes, but with great flavor. This cookbook is perfect for busy families who need to get the family fed quickly. It is ideal for a single person or anyone what wants to learn to cook or for anyone short on time, who enjoys good homemade food.

I have prepared five of these offerings, so far, and my family loved them. That they only involved using five ingredients made it easy to shop for and easier to make. I am really going to enjoy this cookbook. Thank you very much.
