Detective Comics #30 "The Return of Doctor Death" Dr D is back, but hes not doing very well. He resumes his plot, and kills a man for not giving him money, unfortunately for him, the guy was nearly broke. On the bright side he does have a new henchmen, so theres that! This was a decent second part, but it mostly felt like a rehash of the previous issue, it seems as for now, our pal Doc is all locked up! I have a few questions, like how did Batman know the combination to Mrs. Jones’ safe, and how has no one noticed the same red car that Bruce Wayne has appearing at all these places where Batman is? Or seen him dressed in his Batman suit driving down the street in it? Batman is still awesome though. I don’t like this Dr. Death saga as much as the Chemical Syndicate and the jewel heist stories before it, even though Batman has more cool gear this time.

Batman faces up again with Doctor Death! Although I have no real issue with the violence of the classic Batman, I always find the method of this violence to feel a little absurd sometimes. Batman swooshes in on his line and breaks someone's neck with a flying kick! This issue just seemed a little too far off the path for a Batman fan like me. However, I'm still ready to continue on and read the next adventure and mystery! Batman faces up again with Doctor Death! It's interesting that the original Batman had no compunction about breaking bad guys necks. It is also interesting how often the word "queer" is used to mean strange. That wouldn't be used with this frequency today. It's interesting that the original Batman had no compunction about breaking bad guys necks. Great read I think something is missing in today's comics. Try this great book and see what I am talking about. Super original stories. Great read I think something is missing in today's comics. Try this great book and see what I am talking about. Super original stories.

A little bit funny, a little bit gorgerous and a master piece. Yet, I don't like too much this slow journey to find ans rescue his prometida. A little bit funny, a little bit gorgerous and a master piece. Yet, I don't like too much this slow journey to find ans rescue his prometida.
