    Not bad, but there are no pictures that represent the meals and many require prep that involves using a skillet beforehand. The point of a crock pot is so you don't have to do a ton of work, so some of these recipes were just more trouble than I was expecting. I would rather dump and go. There were few recipes that followed that idea. They are all very healthy and nutritional information is added which is nice. Not bad, but there are no pictures that represent the meals and many require prep that involves using a skillet beforehand. But the recipes are easy to follow, and the ones I tried were all pretty good. The calorie and sodium counts are all low, and full nutritional information is given. If you're starting to cook healthy in your slow-cooker, this is something you've got to check out. The recipes were a little bland, but very family friendly.     A great book So I had been wanting this book for a long time! I was so excited to see it for only two dollars!!! I have been trying to eat 'm ore healthy. Like some pope ppl e have said, some of these recipes are a bit involved for a slow cooker but this book works great for me I complete the little task in between taking care of my kids.
